Preserving your Character!
Text: Ecclesiastes 7:1
Nothing is wrong with building a good name. However, it must not be built at someone else expense or at any cost. It must be at the cost of following Christ and the principles of Christian living.
There is a mark difference between character and reputation. Reputation is you want to look favourable in the eyes of other. Character is what others see naturally in you. Reputation is often accompanied with pride and arrogance, while character is accompany with humility and selflessness.
God expects us to demonstrate persistent and consistent Christ-like characteristics. Good characteristics are informed by sound moral and spiritual values.
THOUGH FOR TODAY:
The bible is the best character builder if you read and obey it.
