GODLY PARENTS!!!
Text: Proverbs 22:6
The first five years of our children’s lives are the formative years. It is during these years that the foundation for learning is built. All the things they learn later on are based on what was learnt in these years.
The Bible says we are “to train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it”. This is the responsibility God has given us as parents.
Many of us see that our children get a good education, but fail to teach them God’s Word.
Parents see to it that your children attend Sunday School – remember how you loved Sunday School? They will too.
As Godly parents let us leave a legacy of godly children when we are gone home to glory.
THOUGH FOR TODAY:
Children are a heritage of the Lord,
The fruit of the wombs is His reward
