The Power of Christ Return!
Text: 1 Thessalonians 4: 13- 18
There is so much in this world to discourage and distract us from the fact of Christ second coming. It is going to be tremendous when he comes because He is coming back with a threefold power.
He is coming back with resurrection power. The bible teaches that all believers who are dead shall rise from the grave at the sound of the trumpet of his coming. Grave cannot hold the body of the dead Christian when Christ returns. This is indeed blessed hope and encouragements for Christians who have lost love ones.
He is coming back with transforming power. All Christians, those will be alive and those who will be raised from the dead will all be change in a moment. The bible state that we shall be like him for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2)
He is coming back with transporting power. All believers will be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air. There will be no wings, no engines, but the awesome resurrection power of Christ. Praise God! No Christians will be left behind.
THOUGH FOR TODAY:
Jesus coming will change how things running.
