While we were yet sinners!
Text: Romans 5:8
As we draw near to the Easter season one cannot help but reflect on the death of Jesus and the fact that He sacrificed His own life because He loves us. It is interesting to note that He did not die for us because we were good but while we were yet sinners.
If today you are feeling uncertain about God’s love, just rejoice in the fact that He loves you despite your weaknesses, despite your failures, despite your status or your background. That love that motivated Him to give His life for you is the same love that will cause Him to strengthen you and keep you in this time; so just take the time today to thank and praise Him for His love.
