Forgiven!
Text: Psalm 103: 12
A Sunday school teacher had just concluded her lesson and wanted to make sure she had made her point. She said, Can anyone tell me what you must do before you obtain forgiveness from sin There was a brief silence after which a small boy spoke up from the back of the room- “Sin!” he was so right.
It is no secret that all of us have sinned (Romans 3:23). At times the enemy attacks by bombarding us with past sins. He wants us to think that we are still under condemnation.
You may be facing that right now and believe that your past sins are coming back to haunt you. Well child of God, His word is here to remind you that once you have confessed your sin - God has forgiven you. East and west can never meet and so confessed sin is far removed from you.
Stand tall today and rejoice that your sins have been forgiven and you are free.
