Do What He Says!
Text: St. John 2:5
The text for today comes from a well known story in the Bible-the wedding at Cana of Galilee. When the wine at the wedding ran out Jesus’ mother Mary saith to him, they have no wine. Mary must have known that her son was capable of helping out in this ‘sticky’ situation so she said unto the servants,” Whatsoever he saith unto you do it”. Jesus did exactly what his mother expected-turn water into wine.
Have you been hearing from the Lord? Does he send you to witness, evangelise, to pray for someone? What has been your response? Do you say I don’t know if it is the Lord speaking to me? Think for a moment. Would Satan tell you to perform those duties? No! It has got to be the Lord, therefore, whatever he says unto you; do it.
